Re: Letter of recommendation for Robert Crowe (RCC Inc.).

To whom it may concern:

Robert has preformed difficult tasks for AT&T in the past and will be called on in the future. He works on all types of projects for AT&T and is a strong supporter of the OSP Network. He has a strong work ethic and demands nothing less from his employees. His constant willingness to provide support to AT&T has helped with difficult tasks that AT&T has faced. Rob is well trained in Outside Plant and keeps his knowledge up to date with the latest state-of-the-art technology. His employees receive vast amount of professional training that helps provide his customers with the best service anyone can provide. He has also improved recovery time in outages that we were faced with do to failure of the OSP Network.

I personally have known Rob for the past 20 years and can count on Rob at anytime. Rob is one of the best fiber technicians that I have seen to date. Rob’s work speaks for itself. I would highly recommend Rob for any OSP issues that you may acquire.

If you have any questions regarding this letter or need to speak to me pertaining to Rob (RCC Inc.) feel free to contact me.

RE: Letter of Reference for RCC Inc.

To whom it may concern:

I started working with Robert Crowe in October of 2000 when RCC was brought on to complete hot cut splicing on a new fiber backbone in Philadelphia.  Since then RCC has provided WorldCom with services ranging from ring cuts, new construction, testing, emergency restoration and even consulting services.

As a fiber splicing contractor, Rob's professionalism and attention to detail have allowed us to maintain our fiber optic infrastructure while providing service to new customers on time and without any disruption of service.  He is one of the few contractors that I have worked with that understands the difficulty and importance of providing this type of undisrupted service to WorldCom customers.

Rob and his crew's experience and can-do attitude has made RCC our single point of contact when considering a fiber splicing firm to do work in the Philadelphia area.
