In 1994 the President of RCC, Robert Crowe began a career with a local phone telephone company, which later was acquired by AT&T Local Services. Rob and many other employees constructed a 600 mile Fiber Optic Backbone around the metropolis of Philadelphia. Rob’s main responsibilities were Project Management, Pre-testing cable, Fusion Splicing, installation of various types of Mic Panels, and the final documentation of the entire project. Once the project was completed the demand for new customers became a major priority. During this period Rob gained experience with customer turn-ups, ring cuts on live backbone cables, trouble shooting, and a 24-hour emergency restoration. During Rob’s career with AT&T he’s received several certifications in the Industry.

In 1998, Robert Crowe Communications was established. In 1999, due to the growth of business, we formed RCC Incorporated. Although we are a new company RCC is designed to service your ever growing needs producers, and policies of the Fiber Optic Industry.
